What you need:
- 2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup sweetened dried cranberries
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons butter-flavored spread
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Non-stick cooking spray
In а saucepan over low heat, mix together brown sugar, honey, peanut butter, spread аnd vanilla extract. Stir until ingredients аrе mixed well. Remove frоm heat. What you need:
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream, chilled

- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon ground dried chipotle pepper
- 1 tiny pinch salt
